I have 2-way repeated measures ANOVA [two within subject factors, 1st "time" (pre vs. post) and 2nd "limb" (left vs. right)]. There was a significant interaction between time and limb. Post hoc test (e.g. Tukey HSD) is not available in a Two-way Repeated Measures ANOVA (SPSS 19), because I have 2 levels. So, I ran paired T-tests (as recommended previously https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IxMdfoklcnM&t=590s) and no pairwise comparisons were significant. HOW TO INTERPRET CONTRADICTORY RESULTS BETWEEN ANOVA AND MULTIPLE PAIRWISE COMPARISONS? This probably occurred because I have a small sample size.
