Hi,
We have been trying to induce solid tumour to mice. However we were not successful in implanting solid tumour. Can someone help in proper methodology to isolate solid tumour from mice, preparation of dilutions of cells and injection area(how to inject the cells)?

Thanks for your quick references.
Isolation: remove solid or lymphomas or papillomas from mice.
Wash with PBS and spin for 5 min.
Induction of solid tumour: Either EAC or DLA, you can inject subcutaneously.
