Usually, there is no direct way to do these things. You will have to write a utility that converts a VCD file into stimuli that SPICE can understand as a waveform. Such programs are part of a design flow and are typically written in languages such as Perl or Python since one can program such complex tasks fairly quickly. Perl and Python are freely downloadable and are available on many platforms.
