During Tissue culture of lily scale explants bulblets produced are very small. But some tissue culture company has very big (cultivation size) bulbs in vitro (in photo). I wonder my tissue culture bulbs are very tiny compare to those giant bulbs. Somebody please let me know your suggestions how can I achieve that growth (in photo) for my tiny tissue cultured bulblets.
Look like a Oriental lily bulblet
Just try 0.1mg NAA and 60-90g/L Sugar .for large bulblet size you need to have temporary immersion bioreactor like RITA or bioreactor from www.plantform.se with liquid media , if you use liquid media you can increase sugar dose to Maximum 120 gram per Liter .

Is your plant variety used in tissue culture the same as that one in the photo? Different variety could end up different results from tissue culture, in terms of sizes.
Plz. try with adding GA biosynthesis inhibitor (Ancymidol, paclobutrazole, in the media). It may change the source sink ratio and may results in large bulblet.
I culture Orientals , Species and Orienpets and all results were similar . Sugar promote faster weight up

Yuan-Yeu Yau yes, same cultivar, but mine was very tiny compare to that in the picture collected from a tissue culture company.
By the way, what are those black dots on the green tissue in the picture you attached? Is that some kind of pigment glands? What are their function?
In cotton plants, we see these dots (on leaves, seeds, and other organs) too. They are pigment glands filled with pigment. This pigment is called gossypol, which is toxic to insect pest. Cotton plants using it to protect themselves (see Figure below attached)**.

"Cotton naturally makes a toxic compound in its leaves and seeds called gossypol. Gossypol is very useful in the leaves, as it helps prevent damage from insects (left panel). Cotton seeds are very nutritious, but their use as feed is limited by the gossypol. There is a natural mutation (called glandless) that cannot make gossypol (center panel). You can test other sugars (mannito, sorbitol). They can give the best results
Long ago I did tested adding sorbitol to the medium for lily bulbs.
I did use to different media:
MS with 6% sucrose and
MS with 3 % sucrose, adding BA and NAA.
