I'm just talking from my work experience. When working with microservices and releasing them to the cloud with DevOps techniques, there are several things to consider, such as having a repository per microservice or one repository for all of them. There's also the CI/CD pipelines for compiling and deploying the microservices. All these things depends on how your teams work, what tools they use, etc. There is a guideline I use st work based on the Microsoft documentation for Azure DevOps, if you use another CI/CD platform, there should be other documentation on the internet as well. It would help if you help define what you mean by "performance" and "cooperation".
"Performance" can cover a wide variety of measurements, so you will have to be more specific. Are you looking for objective measures (e.g., microservices in Java vs. Golang), or comparative measures (e.g. microservices vs. monolithic).
Cooperation in terms of microservices is usually called "orchestration" and that will lead you into the world of containers (Docker), queues (Kafka), platforms (Kubernetes), and protocols (REST, gRPC) -- there are many flavors of each too.
