My experimental product is a base shower cream by mixing the fatty acid with KOH at 75 degrees Celsius and other ingredients (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), emulsion chemical, salt,...), using Patent Blue V (CI 42051) as color and perfume at below 45 degree Celsius.

When I did a stability test of products with 4 temperature conditions (RT: room temperature, 6, 40, and 45 degrees Celcius), the blue color changed to green after over a month at 45 degrees Celcius. Is the reason for the oxidation of pigments, perfume or from the temperature in the process?
