Hello all, I want to embedded a chemical structure similarity search tool in my website (Database), but i was unable to do so, I know that Marvin do provide such facilities but I want some software which is free of cost, and can be embedded in my database, which search structures similarity with local chemical entries.
Please suggest me some links and codes if available.
