How much the influence of language and ways of communication is significant to growth and development of organizations

I think to really answer this question of yours is to make another textbook in communication. So here I'd like to share only a tiny portion of what could be the answers.
1) Language = There are two levels of meanings: content and relational. Content meaning is the information itself, and relational meaning is the emotional side of the language. Both dimensions should be accounted for when the language is used in order to be informative as well as to show sensitivity to organizational members' feelings. The emphasis only on the content message may make members feel unimportant, disrespected, insulted, etc..., whereas the over-focusing on relational meaning in order to spare members' feelings may compromise the goals. The balance between the two is needed in order to achieve both productivity and job satisfaction, which will subsequently push the organization forward. Linguistic and sociolinguistic competence is needed here.
2) Styles = Persuasive styles are likely to be more effective than others. To develop or to grow, we need cooperation from employees, financial supports, and acceptance from clients and the public, for instance. Persuasive styles will prove useful to materialize these needs.
3) Modes of communication = Diverse modes may respond effectively to clients' preferences, and social, economic and political situations that seem to have been unpredictable lately in the present globalized world.
