how to implement a channel impulse response of an optical wireless channel on MATLAB ?

I am working on modeling a VLC-OFDM system using matlab , i have done the transmitter blocks (except the D/A conversion) , and currently focusing on the channel , i have finished its math but cant implement it using matlab , to carry out the convolution with the input signal , any help will be highly appreciated.
