Hi, Is there any general ambulation scale like the GMFCS that can be used with non CP pediatrics who have ambulation problems?

You might want to check mini motor functional classifications , this is also mainly used for CP but its subjective scale .
The Vignos Functional Scale was developed specifically for patients with neuromuscular disorders such as DMD, BMD, FHSD and LGMD. The grade ranges from 1 to 10; 1 means that the patient is able to walk and climb stairs without assistance, while 10 means that the patient is bed-bound.
