It can be done using *imperfection card as follows:
*IMPERFECTION, FILE=results_file, STEP=step.
Initial analysis should be static or eigen value buckling analysis which can be used to obtain & apply imperfections from translational Dofs . The imperfection can be a linear superposition of buckling eigenmodes or from the displacements of a static analysis. If you have imprefection values, you can also directly specify the node number and the value.
After initial step, you can use above keyword to mention initial step no. & in dataline you can use mode no. (or 1 for static) & scaling factors.
