Is it possible to identify contamination based on the morphology of embryos?
early color changes of medium and tightly attachment of the embryos to Petri dish and some times all of the embryos together within drop.

The morphology of embryos would be affected by the presence of contamination in the IVC medium, it will slow down the growth of blastomeres and even completely stop the growth of embryos. The contamination can come from different sources such as unsterilized micro-pipettes, contaminated mineral oil, petridishes, CO2 incubator etc. Hence extreme precaution should be taken in maintaining the sterile conditions in the IVF lab.

If the contamination so bad that even the IVC medium has changed, you can be quite sure, that the embryos are either dead or have a severe delay in their development.

According to studies, one potential source of contamination during embryo culture is semen. Semen is not a sterile fluid and has been shown to often contain microorganisms which can culture medium and even morphology. The attachment file can help you.
