the analysis for your study comes after you identify your research design. there are different types of mix method research. it can be exploratory or explanatory which determines the sequence of qual and quant approaches. also relevant is the weight you give to qual and quant data collection.
say, if you follow a sequential exploratory study, a the qual part is holds greater importance than quant and comes first.
once your data collection is done, if you have collected qual data by interview method, a good tool for content analysis is Atlas.ti. apart from that, content analysis can also be done through NVivo.
if you have collected quant data through survey, SPSS is an excellent statistical tool. apart from SPSS, you can also use Minitab or R, depending on your ease of learning.
