There are many journals with higher impact factors and good indexing sources. what are the main important factors that to be taken in to consideration when publishing data of our research ( specially science field).How to identify whether a journal is fake or not?

Dear fake journals do not have quality review process. They are interested with money. They have fake impact factor. Check them in the indexing list they will not be in the list. They have fake editors or unqualified editors.
If you get an invitation to subscribe an article to an unknown magazine you should have a look in the internet - if you are interested in this question at all. Then you can see how long this magazine exists and you can identify the editors, if there is free access to articles - that's normal - then you can identify the contributers. If there is any unclear situation in the basic information then you know, something is wrong here.

These fake journals are also called predatory journals - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predatory_open-access_publishing with a lot of information. Sometimes it is not so easy to identify them.

Most of the time you don't know until after. Names and conditions on the Internet can be changed so quickly that it is difficult to check.
I think if a writer has to pay money for valuable research to write an article about it in a magazine, it's a case of fake.
Hein, publications fees are not a criterion for predatory (fake) journals. Many prestigious journals have these, as far as I know also Nature and Science. Some journals demand fees only for open access publishing ("article processing charge"). This depends also on the field of science. E.g., astronomy is a much smaller field (with regard to the number of researchers and circulation rates of journals) than medicine, and therefore the most prestigious astronomical journals have publication fees. No one relies on magazines. It is much more satisfying to write a good book.

So, you know some journals that got high impact factor but fake. Is the impact factor given by Clarivate Analytics? or self calculated by the journal editor.
I feel, if the journal is SCI indexed and got an impact factor - then its good.
BTW, please let us know the list of fake journals that have SCI impact factor.
