The rate of rejection for most good manuscript is getting alarming by top Q1-Q3 Impact factor Journals. A quality paper with experimental analysis, after a year + of trying(submissions), the Editor says--Reject this paper. Reasons - Outside scope, the work does not fit the journal's purview, or the experimental approach was judged inappropriate or unconvincing.Yet, the work satisfies these complaints. Are their Bias, sentiments or editorial cabals in this domain:

Don't be discouraged! A rejection can sometimes come down to personal preference and/or style of the managing editor for a specific journal. It is not necessarily a reflection of the paper's merits. Keep in mind top-tier journals may have an acceptance ratio
