How to grow Borrelia bavariensis PBi ?

We are currently working on Borrelia species : we grow easily B. burgdorferi B31, B. afzelii BO23 or B. garinii 20047 in BSK-H or homemade BSK-II, at 33°C without stirring in 15 mL tubes containing 13 or 14 mL of medium. We are trying to cultivate B. bavariensis PBi too, but whatever the medium tested (BSK-H, BSK-II +/- gelatin), the bacteria don't grow. Does anyone have suggestions ?
