I have hourly data of solar irradiance and wind speed. I can calculate the output power of the solar PV and wind turbine based on the formula. My objective is to minimize the cost of the system and size of the system. I am stuck with initial step, that is how to give this time varying input(PV power for every hour and Wind power for every hour) as an input to the MILP model. Since my constraint is the total power generated should equal the power demand for the average of one year. Please help me regarding this to move on further in my work.
