How to give a mouse intra articular injection of TNF to induce arthritis?

Does anybody have the procedure for intra articular injection? And how much TNF should be injected? Thanks!

There are several articles dealing with this technique usually for collagen or some antigen injection. But I think TNFa injection alone do not induce arthritis in mice. At least, in rats it does nothing. You will probably need a priming treatment in the joint in order to observe a response to TNF. The priming could be a real inflammatory stimulus like carrageenan.
