How to get transconductance curve in silvaco when i put Small-signal AC analysis in solve vgate？
I mean not use function "dydx(Drain Current,Gate Voltage)" in tonyplot but getting transconductance curve output directly.

If you mean Current-voltage curve, put this code:

tonyplot xxxx_initial.log -set IV.set
After running your simulation and the appearance of Tonyplot window go to 1)display 2) functions 3) graph func 1 , and then copy "dydx(drain current,gate voltage)" , 4)ok and 5) choose func 1 in the Y Quantities 1.

By using manually the transconductance is dId/dVgs means we got a data from IV(drain current and gate voltage) curve calculate by applying difference of drain current divide by difference of gate voltage.
