I am working on impingement study where air coming out of a converging nozzle is impinged on a hot plate. Plate is constantly heated using joule heating. I need temperature contours on the plate surface to calculate heat transfer coefficient. I am having difficulty setting the system. I am new to fluent. Any help will be highly appreciated.

I think, before we are talking about temperature contours on the heated plate, you need to tell us on how you have specified the thermal boundary conditions of your case.
The keyword here is "CHT" = Conjugate Heat Transfer. You probably need to mesh the solid plate and need to include the computation of thermal distribution within the solid material into your simulation by solving an energy equation in this solid region. The solid region is connected by a fluid-solid interface with the fluid zone with flow from your converging nozzle. The heat source can either be specified as a boundary condition at the rear (outer) side of the solid or as a volumetric heat source term in the solid. The latter being closer to what Joule heating will release inside the solid.
If setup this way, you can just write a CAS/DAT file pair of your simulation result, open it in CFD-Post and make a contour plot on either side of the fluid-solid interface for temperature. It will show you the wall temperature distribution.

I think, in ANSYS Fluent you need to generate a cell zone for the region in which the volumetric heat source should be placed. If you have followed the advice to calculate for CHT in the solid region, than most likely this cell zone for the solid region already exists. Than if you click on this cell zone you should be able to specify the heat source on the thermal tab.

Error: floating point exception
Error Object: #f
I am unable to get the results. Please help.
