How to get ROIs using ABSnake in ImageJ?

Hi all,

Anyone knows how to get ROIs using ABSnake in ImageJ?

I'm currently making macros using ABSnake but I can't get the ROIs after running it. So basically, ABSnake does its job but it "draws" the snake well but it doesn't take that as ROI.

I'm trying to follow this reference (the supplement of http://www.jimmunol.org/content/185/9/5205)

Please help and thanks in advance.
