I have mentioned two Software to generate EDS peaks and their software links which will help you.
1. NIST DTSA-II builds on the best available algorithms in the literature to simulate, quantify and plan energy dispersive x-ray analysis measurements. It provides tools to help the analyst select the optimal standards and suitable instrument conditions to make accurate and precise measurements of composition.
2. HyperSpy is an open source Python library which provides tools to facilitate the interactive data analysis of multi-dimensional datasets that can be described as multi-dimensional arrays of a given signal. It aims at making it easy and natural to apply analytical procedures that operate on an individual signal to multi-dimensional arrays, as well as providing easy access to analytical tools that exploit the multi-dimensionality of the dataset.
