How to generate a 10e07 random variables for FSO fading channel that suffers from the turbulence conditions and pointing error?

I am struggling to generate 10e07 random variables of the pointing error of 6.7 and 1, my assumption is that a free space optics (FSO) link suffers from turbulence conditions and pointing error.

I also consider the pointing error effect by assuming a gaussian beam as investigated in the most literature works as: h_p = A0exp(-2*r*r/w_equ^2).
