How to formulate a paste of PZT powder in order to deposit a thick film (300 um) on a brass?

I have crystalline PZT powder and need to deposit a thick film on brass by doctor blade. A paste with PVA and methyl cellulose mixes well but leaves the substrate after some time at room temperature. Any suggestions with polymer/binder system please?

So you want your binder to remain on the substrate with the powder inside ? You should use a thermoset resin, either a phenolic one or an epoxy for instance. Both are made by mixing the base of the resin with a hardener. The result will be insoluble and unfusible.
