Hello respectable researchers. I am using slope as spatial variable which is generated from ASTER DEM, and having same coordinate system, cell size and extent as LULC data but still the geometry does not match while starting analysis in MOLUSCE in QGIS. Kindly guide me how to fix the geometry issue?
Dear Zaheer Abbas please provide some details of the coordinate system used in both layers which will help to understand the issue.
Secondly, if there is any issue with the alignment of raster layers please use the "Align Raster" tool.

Dear Zaheer Abbas, I also faced this problem. For solving the problem you need to extract all the rasters by the same shapefile. I just performing the task by ArcGIS and then input it in the QGIS.
I Also faced the same problem. I kept the same cell size, and full extent and the problem solved. Thank you for your comments
Using Arcmap >> load the two raster >> check the cell size, column count, row count of each raster in their respective properties >> use resample tool to match the cell size of the two raster >> use clip or extract by mask tool to lastly match the row and column sizes. The geometries shall be matched in the MOLUSCE plugin.
(*I used arcmap / arcgis for initial processing >> transferred the files to qgis later)
