Hello all

I want to understand the deformation response of the protein molecule connected to another protein molecule. Since the size of the whole complex is going to be very large. I want to calculate the stiffness of one protein molecule through the first simulation. In the next simulation, I want to fix or constrain one end of second molecule with the stiffness of first protein molecule and apply force on the other end. Can anybody give me some directives on How I can fix or constrain one end of the protein molecule with some allowable flexibility or stiffness while the other is pulled in SMD. I appreciate your help
