I appreciate if you provide a quick and scientific responses for my below problem:
There is a robotic arm which is modeled. The natural frequencies are obtained through the ABAQUS. Some questions are here. Please help me to find solutions:
- How to constrain the component in a real condition to achieve the natural frequencies? Is it possible to restrict without constraints, I mean suspended in the space or is there a specific standard?
- Is there any direct method to find the stiffness of a solid component? How to program it?
- If I would find the stiffness through natural frequency, how below solution would be applicable?
As far as we know that stiffness coefficient (k) is clear for a component or a whole of solid arm, if a low frequency is chosen, it might be another frequency which gives us another stiffness coefficient. How do I choose a frequency in this type of case?** Please consider that the whole arm has been analyzed solidly. **
Above problem is in the Vibration and Dynamic areas. People who have been worked with ABAQUS could help me more, as well.
