I've been trying to get the scale for measuring rumination but I cannot find a single document showing the items. There doesnt seem to be any sites selling the scale. I have also messaged the author, Prof. Dr. Wendy Treynor but I'm not getting any responses. Kind of desperate at this point.

I experienced the same problem when I was looking for the questionnaire.
The 10 items of the RRS-short form can be found on pages 251-253 of "Treynor, W., Gonzalez, R., & Nolen-Hoeksema, S. (2003). Rumination reconsidered: A psychometric analysis. Cognitive therapy and research, 27(3), 247-259."
"The remaining 10 items were subjected to a principal components analysis with varimax rotation...One factor contained RRS Items 7, 11, 12, 20, and 21; the other factor contained Items 5, 10, 13, 15, and 16"
The first five items are "reflection" items and the latter five are "brooding" items.

Check out our publication. The issue never really well explained in the original Treynor paper is that the brood and reflective pondering items were part of the item set of the original and longer RSQ, which had for first order factors, with rumination being one of the four factors. Some of the items that were retained in the Treynor solution were not part of the original RRS item set. Thus, you need to have the whole RSQ item set to compute brooding and pondering.
