I'm looking for well validated PPIs that are designed to reduce rumination/overthinking/social comparison. What instruments (questionnaires) are used pre and post intervention to test the PPIs efficacy?
I am not totally sure, what you mean by positive psychology interventions, but there are some promising studies about rumination interventions (I am not sure based on what characteristics an intervention is to be classified as PPI or non-PPI). Have a look at mindfulness, for instance:
