I want to use GlobAllomTree equations to find out the biomass of Forest Trees like Pinus, Juniperus, Betula etc.... The equation for Juniperus for example is; log Biomass=-0.5564+0*(DBH)+1.6775*(LOG((DBH)^(1))). This equation gives negative values. I think, I need any log correction factor. Can any body help in this regard please. Secondly, how I can find the below ground biomass from the known above ground biomass?

Friend, for non destructive below ground biomass assessment, you may used IPCC Guidelines, where above ground biomass multiplied with a IPCC default factor of 0.25.
For below-ground biomass estimation, you can use allometric equations utilising diameter at breast height of the tree.

These papers use different equations. Your equation removes DBH since it seems to multiply it by zero.
