I have spent hours searching for a journal in q1 or q2 at Web of Science, however, I could not get the way to resolve this matter. Our paper deals with the pandemics in the Arabic novels using the New Historicism approach, so, we aim to get a journal in, Literature, Literary Criticism, Middle East, Literature Theory, or Cultural Studies.

The first is SJR by Scopus where you can find the Quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) of the journals indexed in Scopus. The link is https://www.scimagojr.com/
The second is JCR by Web of Science where you can find the Quartiles (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4) of the journals indexed in Web of Science. Earlier it was available on https://mjl.clarivate.com/journal-profile
Now they have replaced the quartile with the New JCR metric, where quartiles are not mentioned.
Now coming to your query
The SJR gives quartiles of all journals irrespective of their discipline whether its Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences or Sciences. Hence you can check the Quartile on SJR. Just type the journal name and scroll down the profile till you see the Q ranking in bold.
However, the JCR gives quartiles of only Science and Social Science Journals. Your paper is of Humanities discipline, so you won't find the quartile of the journal on Web of Science.

Dear Prashant Maurya Thank you so much for this detailed answer. Unfortunately, our university wants us to publish the article in q1 or q2, on the web of Science where as you mentioned, the quartiles do not appear.
Mohammed Almahfali True, sir, this is also the case with many institutions in India. Researches in Humanities are very different from that of Sciences. We generally don't go for the impact factors, which are very important in Sciences & Social Sciences. It's unfortunate that the academic authorities in technical/engineering/science institutes, where Humanities is taught only as an elective, do not understand the nature of Humanities research works, and therefore, they ask for Q1 Q2 much like the Science journals. In such institutions, I believe SCOPUS quartiles should be considered for Humanities subjects.
Prashant Maurya, I totally agree, the difference not only in the publication process but also in the research structure and design. We will see if the university will accept the ranking of SCOPUS instead.

This is the general ranking, but you can fine-tune your search by selecting subject areas, categories, regions. Or you make a thematic search and click on the journals that interest you. Otherwise, Reuter and Thomson do ratings of journals, too!

However, a Humanities journal appears in many quartiles simultaneously depending on the category. For instance, the Europan Journal of English Studies appears in Q3 as well as Q4, similarly, the Journal of Popular Culture appears in Q1 as well as Q4.

If you want to see the journal Q score on Web of Science, search a paper from the journal in Web of Science. If you have match, the journal name can be "clicked" on the search result. There you see the Q score.
For ESCI journals, WoS finds papers from the ESCI journal, but you cannot click on the journal name. In that case, you can use this link: https://jcr.clarivate.com/jcr/home
Unfortunatelly WoS and Scopus give different Q scores since their databases are not identical.
If you want to know the Q of a certain journal indexed in web of science, just from the web of science website choose brows by journal then write the name of the journal, then select the name of the journal from the list. You will find the Q under the journal rank.

you want to know the Q index of a journal listed on a web of science, simply go to the web of science website and pick the browse by journal option, then type the journal's name or select the journal's name from the list. The Q indexing is located under the journal rank.

I would not trust the suggested misleadingly useful looking ‘one size fits all’ sites (like https://listofjournals.com ). There are numerous dubious things going on with these type of sites:
-First of all: they don’t have a (physical) contact addresses (besides some kind of Gmail...), why stay anonymous?
-Those that provide impact factor info from Clarivate infringe copyright (Clarivate is much more than Scopus very protective when it comes to their data), so these websites illegally use data.
-Take for example https://journalsearches.com/predatory-journals.php this is just a copy of https://beallslist.net/standalone-journals/ and https://beallslist.net all this without a proper reference to the real source
Way better is to trust https://mjl.clarivate.com/home here you can check whether the journal is really indexed in Clarivate’s SCIE/SSCI. Then you can go to the journal’s website and check Q-info (I’ve never seen that a journal that is really indexed ‘lie’ about their metric data). Alternatively, you can have a look at the latest JCR report (various versions made available by numerous RG members), see enclosed file for an example.

The quickest way: if you want to know the quartile of a journal just
search the publicationlist of that journal in web of sci. Then click on a paper. When information on this paper is opened click the name of the journal. This action will open a small window indicating the quartile (q1, q2, q3, q4) of this journal in various disciplines. In some case one journal has various quartiles in various disciplines.
You should write down the name of the journal in publication titles, and search. When the manuscript list of this journal opens, select a paper and click on it. Then on the opened page click on the journal name. There is a smaller window with the quartile infirmation. Please note that you can not get quartiles for some journals when they are on the
Emerging Journals.

Unfortunately, not everybody has access to (the paid version) of Clarivate’s WoS database. The check in Clarivate’s master journal list as indicated in my reply of August 7th is for free.
Lina Naji indeed, SCImago gives information about the Q-index of journals however this is based on Scopus data. The only source for Q-index in WoS (and the real impact factor) is based on data/indexing as provided by Clarivate. In some respects, similar but the databases (and criteria for inclusion) of Scopus and Clarivate differ and therefor metrics can differ significantly.

The journal “Archives of Medical Research” is a legit and genuine journal https://www.sciencedirect.com/journal/archives-of-medical-research with an impact factor of 8.323 (you can check this yourself in the list I enclosed in my reply of August 7th).
Not sure but if you mean “Medical Research Archives (MRA)” then this is not a safe choice. It is not indexed in Clarivate’s SCIE and the publisher behind the journal is dubious. See for my reply of December 31st here on RG:
