Regarding the thermal conductivity, I would like to inform you that you can measure the thermal stability first using both techniques TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) to measure the thermal decomposition and degradation of the polymer with increasing (T) and DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) to measure the Tg (The glass transition temperature).

Regarding the electrical conductivity u will measure it using (DC and AC electrical conductivity for the polymers).

So by combination all the data u obtained from all techniques, u will obtain very useful data (thermal and electrical) for the polymer

Dear Mr. Krishanu Chatterjee,

I would suggest the NDT tool - Photoacoustics to measure the thermal conductivity, diffusivity, diffusion length and thermal Effusivity of any type of sample whether it may be a thin or thick, transparent or opaque.

Using this technique, We can deduce some of the electronic properties of the semiconductors and especially some polymers. The free volumes present in the polymers can be related to the optical properties of the polymers. Please refer some publications regarding this.
