I had pore volume and pore radius data from the BET Surface area analysis data. Could you please suggest any article which could give the proper explanation for the calculation of the pore structure parameter.

Your question is a little confusing: The BET equation will really only give you a surface area but not the pore size distribution. How did you determine the pore sizes?
What do you mean by 'pore structure parameter'?
As Stella said below, I suppose you are talking of N2 adsorption at 77 K (most people wrongly believe this equivalent to BET).
If you have pore volume as a function of radius, it means you used some pore model to calculate it.

In addition to Fernando´s answer, it would be useful to consider the kind of porous material you have since models for pore size distribution are not the same for crystalline or for mesostructured materials.
