You can start with following:

1. First finding Genes from whole genome sequence data. You can start with this: http://genome.crg.es/courses/laCaixa05/Prediction/index.html and [attachment].

2. Later when you get gene list perform Gene Ontology (GO) analysis to identify gene associated with Immune functions/ system. It can be easily performed in Cytoscape (http://cytoscape.org/).
