Currently our group is trying to understand the use of Sentaurus for solar cell simulations. As per now we have gain reasonable knowledge on the process, but still having some issues with finding out parameter values to be filled in CdS and CdTe par files. Any comments, suggestions or sharing of information on this regard would be highly appreciated !

You can get tables of the electronic parameters of the intended semicondcutor parameters by using the key words: tables of the properties of the CdTe and CdS

Perhaps, you will get most of your required parameter's values from the following paper ( Table 6).

You can get rest of the parameter from the appendix section of Device physics related text book such as 'Physics of Semiconductor Devices' by S M Sze or something like that.
