I am using pre-trained CNN models for training the dataset in MATLAB. From confusion matrix, I achieved the performance of model in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision , FAR and FRR. Now I want to know the threshold value ( where to find and change) to compensate the False Acceptance Rate (FAR) and FRR to find the Equal Error Rate (EER) value to make a good biometric system using MATLAB.
