I want to add fluffy graphene directly to microcompounder but it takes a long time and also part of it goes to the air. I do not want to use any solvents to premix it with my polymer. What are some tips and tricks to load it fast and prevent wasting of it during feeding?

It seems rather difficult to do this task without any loss. Yet, there may be several ways to do it with a little loss for time saving. For instance, you may be able to perfom it by making some sort of (specific) paper/plastic funnel with a plastic/metal hammer to hammer the graphene into your microcompounder.
If your experiment has to be a little more scaled, you may try to build a custom-made (depending on your microcomounder) cone gear assembled to a funnel such that it would shred the graphene from one side to a (custom-made) sized nozzle to another side for your project. You may be able to build a custom system with rapid prototyping machines pretty fast, if your experiment is not too chemically sensitive.

you can do that when you make a solution of (G-O) WHICH equal to the ratios you want than added the micro compound > the roles of G-O is adsorbent for the materials you want>> which completely adsorbed by G-O
