There are so many literature available regarding to encapsulation preparation using chitosan as a coating material.

First u have to prepared micro-nano emulsion of the targeted drug. You can added Chitosan during the emulsion praparation as a thicker or after the process.

After emulsion formation u should added aqueous solution of cross linking agent (STP). You have to optimize the chitosan Nd STP concentration.
