I used the Bligh and Dyer method. But, somehow, the question is, how long does it takes to get the single cell oil? Is it by leaving the sample with the solvent for a night?

Another question, is it single cell oil is refer to the lipid from oleaginous yeast only? Can i say lipid instead of single cell oil?
