I have been trying to extract high quality RNA from apricots but I am failing to get high quality RNA that is suitable for sequencing. I have tried many protocols but the quality of RNA is not good. Sometimes, I get high quantity RNA but after gel electrophoresis, I can not get the bands. Most of the time when I get high quality RNA, the quantity is not that much good and the reverse is also true.
