In TONYPLOT I am only getting the plots between different current and voltages.I want to know how to extract the values of Cgs and Cgd in SILVACO ATLAS device simulator.

In your ATLAS simulation deck after voltage sweep add 'ac freq=1e+6', . Then small signal AC simulation will be performed for each gate bias for 1MHz frequency. Also in log file statement after mentioning log outfi=filename.log , mention inport=gate outport=drain. Check ATLAS manual small signal analysis for details
