You should limit your 2teta range from the object inspector window.

1- Click on your data in the scan list of lists pane

2- In the object inspector window go to the "General scan data"

3- Change your Start pos.[2Th.] & End pos [2Th.]

4- Now you can export your limited data from

File -->save as--> (I prefer ASC file type)

I finally find it.

Follow these Instructions:

1) Go to List Pane --> Anchor Scan data

2) Righ click on data --> Copy list

3) paste data in Excell software

4) Now you can draw your figure with the below 3 data :

l: 2 θ

ll: Intesity (observe) [I obs]

lll: Intensity (Calculated by software) [I calc]

Nima Abbasian Thanks for your solution! I've tried to highlight specific peaks -> simulate scan -> save as ASCII; but it doesn't work.

Your solution is simpler by just temporarily deleting unwanted peaks, only exporting individual peaks wanted, then restoring the fitted peaks.
