A really good question. Some software (mainly newer versions) already have it partially implied. The use of packages in R (https://www.statmethods.net/stats/power.html) is great.
If you want a simple tool, I recommend G*Power - it's software available for free and very easy to use. Given your interest in researching the size of the sample, it will be ideal for you :)
Xochitl Castro, you have not provided nearly enough information about the nature of your study (including the intended analysis) for anyone to give detailed advice. But you mentioned prevalence of disease, which makes me think you might be talking about a 2x2 table. If so, you might find an appropriate calculator here:
I agree with Bruce Weaver and would add you need to specify your research design and the nature of your outcome/dependent variable (categorical, continuous, etc), the estimated effect size (as a difference in means, odds ratio, etc.) and your level of statistical significance.
