Hi Soumen

The easiest way is to perform FIB Cross section while scanning in the Volume. From these pictures You can estimate Pores diameters & so on average volume.This is a direct but destructive way.

Otherwise You can use optical Techniques based on x -rays (like tomography) or Infrared ones... but it depends on material nature to analyse & dimension of the pores( sensitivity point of view).
