Hot to estimate series and shunt resistance from Jsc Vs Voc plot of Perovskite solar cells? Please provide stepwise calculation for series and shunt resistance values in perovskite solar cells.
The series resistance and shunt resistance can be determined from the dark I-V curve. The shunt resistance is the inverse of the slope at the zero voltage.
The series resistance is determined from over voltage at certain solar cell current I.
The over voltage = V- Vj with V is the total voltage and Vj is the voltage drop across the junction.
Rs= (V-Vj)/ I

As Prof. Zekry said, in I-V curve, the tangent slope of Voc is proportional to the reciprocal of series resistance (1/Rs). And the tangent slope of Jsc is proportional to the reciprocal of shunt resistance (1/Rsh).
