How to estimate RF efficiency in ICP-OES?

The supplier claims efficiency of RF generator is ICP-OES is more than 78%.

It means more than 78% of DC are supplied in plasma discharge.

Is there any experiment to estimate this figure? Normally, plasma robustness is estimated as Mg II 280.271/Mg I 285.13 ratio. Maybe it is possible to convert it in percentage when total DC consumption is known?
