We are working on some resting state functional fMRI dataset that have not been acquired in our laboratory. Unfortunately, we did not get physiological information with the raw data. Does somebody know a software/toolboxes which could estimate them?
We were looking at the DPARSF toolbbox, but sadly we did not figure out how to interpret the results: 4D volume ( should we subtract them from our data?) and a text file with different columns ( what is each column? should we regress them all from our data like for movement parameters?)
Any help would be greatly appreciate.

I am attaching a screen shot made with conn toolbox.
I still have little experience with resting state analysis, but this tool looking good and running the denoise that perhaps you are looking for (many more are possible). The motion parameters are calculated instead of all software used in fMRI analysis.
