I have conducted a proportional meta-analysis of 103 studies in RStudio and have generated a forest plot using the command
forest(x, layout = "revman") ---- x being the variable name I gave
The plot is being generated however I am not able to view the same either in the plots window or after zooming it....only middle few studies are visible. Even if I save it as a png or pdf, only the previewed area of plot is being saved.
Any solution to it with anyone?
I guess it depends on the class of forest() plot object you get.
Did you try to use plotrix package which allows you to have a zoom in area?
If it's a ggplot object you can also simply specify the area of interest (coord_cartesian() argument) where you specify xlim=c(a,b), ylim=c(e,d)...

You can try sending the plot output directly to a file. Make the size of the plot large.
