I wanted to do a bibliometric analysis. Hence, I downloaded the details of the relevant articles from Web of Science database and used VOSviewer for the visualization (for creating various maps).
Right now, I need to remove some articles from the list and analyze again. However, I don't have access to WoS now and currently just have the Endnote file (downloaded from WoS) with all the details.
Is there a way to edit the Endnote file and remove a few articles before sending it to VOSviewer?

Here's a simple solution to your problem. The R package bibliometrix can be used to read the .ciw file and perform the necessary analysis. Please let me know if you need help. Thanks

It will be better to import this file to endnote ( www.endnote.com ); and then remove the refereneces as you wish.
