I am drying iron oxide nanoparticles in hot air oven but every time they were getting agglomerated and unstable. In most of the literatures, vacuum oven is preferred but we do not have that facility in our lab. So, is there any other method to dry these particles in stable form.

Do you have an old school desiccator?

With P2O5 as a drying agent, you might get most of the water out. That would also be much more effective if you could evacuate it, but you wouldn't need to keep pumping all night.
